Getting here from Govanhill
The easiest walk is through Queen's Park: in at the Victoria Road gates, over the hill and out on the Shawlands side near Pollokshaws Road. From there, head to Shawlands Cross and onto Kilmarnock Road, and we're at number 44, near the Shawlands Arcade.
If you're carrying a big order home, it's worth coming by car. There's on-street parking on and around Kilmarnock Road; please check the signs for times and any charges.
Meat cut for curry
Lamb shoulder in bone-in karahi pieces, mutton on the bone for a slow curry, chicken skinned and cut into 8 or 12 pieces, boneless thigh for tikka, and mince made fresh for keema and kebabs. Tell us the dish and we'll cut it to suit.
New to a dish? Our curry basics guide covers the onion, ginger and garlic base, and the spice cupboard guide says which spices to start with.
Fresh every day
Coriander, mint, green chillies, ginger and garlic, onions and tomatoes are in every day, with lemons and seasonal fruit and veg out front. Whole and ground spices come in small, medium and big packs.
Try lamb karahi, aloo gosht, seekh kebabs or a tarka daal on the side.
